James is a veteran builder of growth companies, who came of age in a fourth-generation family business. Setting out on his own in 1991, he would serve as a founder, sales leader or top producer for multiple companies; participating in three public events and several successful exits.

During this time, he developed a unique customer-centric sales methodology that allowed him to consistently “sell products and services his customers had never heard of, to solve problems they didn’t know they had.” Today, this methodology is captured in Floriss’ WINS Model™ and Collecting WINS™ Leadership Academy.

Beth is a veteran entrepreneur and consultant who is passionate about helping sales and customer-centric professionals find the best ‘next opportunity’ in their career. To Beth, fit begins with an understanding of three factors: 1) a detailed role definition, 2) the hiring manager’s values, capabilities, and expectations, and 3) the team and corporate culture.

Once these factors are known, the next step is to ensure potential candidates understand the combination of factors that inspire them most. Achieving and maintaining authenticity, transparency, and vulnerability from players on both sides of the ‘fit equation’ is paramount. We have worked with unique brands including the United States Fencing Association in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, White Castle Restaurants, Red Bull, Diageo Premium Brands, PromoWest Productions, Buzztime Entertainment, and WNCI.

My career began in the entertainment industry as the founding member of the original narrative rock group, The Toll. After signing a multi-million dollar recording contract with Geffen Records, our band traveled the world, touring with artists including The Ramones and Eddie Money. Transitioning into the world of branding was a natural step because of my love of language and poetry.

Mark is co-founder of Hire Direction, a data-driven talent optimization firm, and co-developer of LaborGenome talent mapping technology. He has over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies in strategic alignment, team development, market research, and data analysis.


Mark is also a Principal with Metcalf & Associates, Inc., focused on leadership development and coaching, team building, and organizational effectiveness. He is a founding member and facilitator for the Integral Institute, an international think-tank created to combine progressive organizational research with practical applications in both the public and private sector.

As CEO of Change 4 Growth, best-selling author and global motivational and keynote speaker on topics such as Leading Change, Culture Alignment/Powered by Happy and Women in Leadership, Beth is truly enjoying growing the organization she started in 2017. Beth built a consulting practice for another organization and spent 12 years perfecting those services before purchasing this outfit to establish Change 4 Growth.

Beth has more than 25 years of experience specializing in Transformational Business Change & Readiness, Leadership, Learning & Development, Culture Shaping and Employee Engagement. Her book, POWERED BY HAPPY, and the accompanying workshop, has guided her efforts and services in helping organizations shape productive cultures and employee engagement.
