What is the most predictable and validated path to where you want to be? In this phase, we leverage our Phase I assessment to help you define your most important short- and long-term goals. Then we work together to define the bridge we’ll build to get you there.

ACTION

What steps must be taken, who owns them, how and when will they be completed? In this phase, we ensure your success and independence by helping you identify and prepare the leaders, people and systems required to execute and deliver our shared action plan.

ACCOUNTABILITY

What metrics will we track, report and analyze to ensure we’re on pace? Once identified, we will schedule regular accountability meetings to track predetermined success metrics, promoting authenticity and transparency at every stage of our working relationship.
